Genelle Levy is a journalist, editor and reporter who covers art, culture and social issues. Her pasions include covering women, communities of color and the LGBTQ+ community. Alongside her work as a reporter, Genelle has also worked as an editor at Narratively where she edited memoirs and personal essays in order to help people tell their life stories. Her work has included personal essays on Black womanhood, reporting on historical Black communities in Martha's Vineyard and Oakville, Ontario and covering healthcare access in communities of color. She has contributed to NBC News, TeenVogue, Macleans, Global News and many other publications.
